INK Games Headquarters

A hidden concrete shell transformed into a kinetic workplace where gaming culture, collaboration, and brand energy move through the space.

Now occupied by INK Games™, the 9,468 SF office was shaped around the behaviors of a highly collaborative creative team: focused production, casual exchange, team play, visual stimulation, and moments of release.

The floor plan introduces a layered mix of private, semi-private, and communal work settings, creating a workplace that supports different rhythms throughout the day rather than a single static way of working.

The project’s experiential strategy was rooted in translating brand culture into spatial behavior. Rather than treating brand as a graphic layer, the space translates INK’s culture into movement, interaction, and atmosphere.

INK’s personality comes through in the layers that make the workplace feel specific to its team: commissioned murals, graphic interventions, a Nerf armory, a living plant wall, gaming zones, and a private outdoor courtyard that extends the office beyond the interior footprint.

Together, these elements create a brand environment that feels active, social, and lived-in—not decorated after the fact, but built around the company’s culture of play, collaboration, and creative momentum.

The strongest experiential spaces do not simply show a brand. They behave like it.
