Lessons learned during construction are often informal, inconsistent, or quietly forgotten. Blueprints & Bloopers reframed those moments as short, anonymous stories—capturing what happened, what went wrong, and how it was resolved in a way people would actually read.

I co-developed the concept, structure, and tone, pairing each scenario with custom, self-drawn illustrations to make the lessons more visual, memorable, and approachable.
By shifting the format from corrective to conversational, the newsletter encouraged open knowledge-sharing across teams and helped turn everyday missteps into repeatable, studio-wide insight.
