Following a period of layoffs, the studio faced a noticeable shift in morale and connection across teams and offices. What began as a one-time drawing challenge quickly revealed something larger: people wanted a low-pressure way to participate, create, and feel seen again. I co-created and led the development of Artly Digest, a monthly, office-wide creative initiative designed to be accessible, flexible, and quietly engaging. Each cycle introduced a single prompt—interpreted freely—paired with clear, simple guidelines to encourage participation without pressure.
